- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its underlying systems (e.g., Firebase, payment gateways).
- Engaging in prompt injection or any other attempt to manipulate the Service's core AI functionality.
4. Intellectual Property Rights (IP)
You retain all ownership rights to the raw ideas and generated prompts you create using the Service. The AI Alchemist retains all intellectual property rights to the core logic, algorithms, branding, design, and code of the website and application.
5. Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The AI Alchemist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
